WE MAY EXPERIENCE SOME VARIATION IN MEALS WITHIN THE MULTI-MEAL PLANS. WE WILL BE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE,  BUT SOME INGREDIENTS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROCURE DUE TO THE WHOLESALE MARKET.

You create a custom meal plan from the options below or order from our pre-set multi-meal plans. Then your meals are delivered fresh on Sunday afternoon with a non-contact safely expedited method. 

Is there a minimum order?

Yes! The magic number is (7) Seven healthy meals, that is the minimum. 

What if I have questions?

No worries! After all, we are a meal prep service. Call, text, email, or throw a message in a bottle. We are happy to help or customize your order. You work hard for your money, we want to earn your business!    See our contact info below.

Delivery Details

We Delivery on Sundays. If you will not be home to receive the meals, we ask that you provide an insulated bag or ice chest with ice packs for your delivery. Please leave this bag or chest on your porch or add instructions at check out .
